Rental and Operating Requirements

AGE:

You must be 18 or older to rent Personal Watercraft and pontoon boats, and 25 or older to rent Ski Boats.  However to operate a PWC designed for one person, the operator must be 16 years of age or older. A person 12-15 years of age may operate a PWC designed to carry two or more persons if the operator is supervised on board by a person 18 years or older.  For more of California's Boating Laws click here

Reservations:

Reservations are not required but are strongly recommended especially on Holidays and weekends due to high demand.  To make a reservation click this button.

Security Deposit:

Security deposits are required for all rentals.  All deposits must be made with a credit card.  Your card is authorized, not charged, on the day of the rental to ensure funds are available. Your bank can hold these funds for up to 3 business days depending on your bank.  We do not accept checks for deposits.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fuel:

Fuel is not included in the rental price but each ski is full of fuel at the beginning of each rental.  You only pay for what you use .  Each rental has an open line of credit with CMS TOY’S  to refuel during the day and pay at the end of the rental.   You may also bring your own fuel to refuel the Personal Watercraft.  Regular unleaded  fuel is what they use. 

 

Fuel Consumption Averages:

This is the average fuel consumption for our rentals.  Fuel consumption will vary with each rental depending on your speed , weight, and model Watercraft.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Life Jackets:

Life jackets are included with each rental.

Insurance:

We do not provide rental insurance.  If you want insurance coverage please contact your insurance provider.
